My path as a massage therapist began when I experienced first hand the powerful effects of emotionally centered bodywork for holistic well being. My own life and relationship to living in a chronically ill body had been transformed, and I'm continually honored to be given the chance to offer that experience to others!

With every client, attunement and connection lead every session. From a grounded and connected place, we'll work together to slow down, sync up, and listen to what your body has to say.
